Order Processing Time

Once your order has been placed, we require 1 to 2 business days to process it.
During the week, processing usually takes just one day; however, if you place an order on Friday evening or over the weekend, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery

We do everything possible to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
If you place your order before 11:00 p.m. on a weekday, we do our best to process it the same day.

As some of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, the average delivery time is 7 to 10 business days.

During periods of high demand or holidays, shipping may take a little longer than usual.
