Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, returns are possible.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must include all elements and components and be returned in its original packaging.

The product may only show normal signs of wear; damage caused by improper use is not covered.

Items of a hygienic nature must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

Any defects or damage must be reported immediately upon receipt of the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return processing may take up to 7 business days.
If all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that items have been used or damaged by the customer.
How do I return my order?

Once we receive your message, we will contact you with the appropriate return address.
⚠️ Please do not send your package back to the original sender’s address.
You will receive the correct return address after your request has been processed.
Our return warehouse is located in China, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellation / Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract under the conditions outlined below, provided the purchase was made as a private individual and not for business or commercial purposes.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the last item of the order.
Because we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after confirmation.
As a result, we are unable to stop the shipping process, and no refund can be issued before the package has been received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us (Boutique Élodie) of your decision (for example, by email).
The withdrawal becomes effective once the returned product has been received by us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Products in Transit
Our products are shipped from Asia, which may result in longer delivery times.
If the product is already in transit, order cancellation is not possible.
Please wait until you receive the package, then initiate the return process.
You may, of course, notify us in advance of your intention to withdraw.
To speed up the process, please provide proof of return shipment.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding:

Delivery costs, and
-
Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the least expensive standard option offered.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
